Project Description:
ACCOUNTabill implemented an Optimization process including the development and issuance of a Wireless RFP, selection of a preferred vendor, elimination of unused assets, consolidation of activations from various carriers and the transfer of expensed users to the corporate wireless portfolio.

Project Description:
ACCOUNTabill implemented an Optimization process including the development and issuance of an RFP for all services, selection of preferred vendors, elimination of unused assets, consolidation of services from various carriers and the transfer of expensed services to the corporate telecom portfolio. The client selected the incumbent wireless provider and a new preferred carrier for voice and data services. ACCOUNTabill managed the conversion of all voice assets and the MPLS data network to the preferred carrier.

The Managed Services Platform was subsequently implemented to ensure on-going governance which included the deployment of standards and policies, restructured carrier invoicing (reducing the number of invoices), asset allocation review, and streamlined processes for procurement, invoice processing, invoice payment, error management and reporting. ACCOUNTabill was also tasked with establishing specific reporting capabilities to enable the distribution of telecom costs to the clients national dealer network.

Results:
This client has achieved an ROI of over 200% for each year over since 2003 where the ROI is calculated as the credits received divided by ACCOUNTabill fees. The soft costs associated with the process efficiencies would increase the ROI to over 300% per year.
